59 -- ANTENNA TEST KITS. SOL NOO421-95-Q-1941 DUE 090695 POC Sandy Leighton, Contract Specialist, (301) 342-1828 X164, Code 2622SL, Contract Officer, Linda Suggs, (301) 342-1828 X108. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division has a requirement for three (3) Antenna Test Kits. Each antenna test kit shall contain four (4) passive transmit/receive antennas covering the overall frequency range of 1KHz through 18GHz. Each antenna shall be individually calibrated at 1 meter per SAE ARP 958 and at 3 and 10 meters per ANSI C63.5. The antennas shall fit into a suit case, no larger than 3'x3'x12'', which shall be foam lined with form fit slots for each of the antennas (one (1) suit case per kit.) The case shall be constructed so that it can be used to ship the antennas via airline or freight. The case shall protect the antennas from damage if dropped from a height of less than 10'. The case shall be equipped with wheels to facilite ease of movement. Each kit and all contents shall be warranteed from defects in workmanship for a minimum period of one year from date of purchase. Acquisition is brand name or equal for the above mentioned antennas based on the following EMCO brand antennas: #3303 - 41'' Rod Antenna; #3109P - Biconnical Antenna; #3146A - Log Periodic Antenna; and #3115 DRG Horn Antenna (one (1) of each antenna required per kit.) Required delivery of the completed kits is a minimum of 30 days after award. Location of delivery shall be at Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland. The government will issue a request for quotation. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by this agency.
