70 -- MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM Contact Ronnie H. Shepard, 910-341-8205, Contracting Officer. This a sources sought synopsis to ascertain the availability of a software program, either designed or adapted, for use by a Department of the Army facility in the management of its' equipment maintenance program. Software must be IBM, 386 compatible and usable without further system configuration but capable of being upgraded for use by a 486/586. Software must be capable of tracking maintenance performed, scheduling future services, computing mean time between failures, providing management capability for shop operations, the Army Oil Analysis Program, fuel, tools, tires, labor, usage, warranties, and equipment dispatching. Data will be entered and retrieved from different sites connected via a local area network. Data must be also retrievable by hard copy, preferably on the appropriate DA Form.
