The Stage Two submittal should focus on presenting the credentials for the for the ''A-E Design Firm'' (i.e. the entire project team) and identify who will be contractually responsible for the project. Technical abilities in healthcare design, laboratory planning, production documents, and specifications, etc. must be presented in this stage.
