Interested persons have 15 days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit their qualifications / capabilities (i. e. technical specifications, brochures, and price lists) in the critical areas mentioned above. Such qualifications / capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether of not to conduct this procurement on a full and open competition basis.
