This service includes providing indexing of congressional, public law and news while maintaining an update process with good historical archives; also a quick command process of access and report writing and initiating an overview and outlook of every bill. The requirement will be for a base period of one year with options for up to four additional years. The proposed procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns.
