F -- OBLITERATE FOREST DEVELOPMENT ROAD #474 ON THE BOISE NATIONAL FOREST Sol IFB R4-12-95-15. Due 091895. Contact Ethel Hill, 208-364-4128. The project consists of excavating the shoulder of the road on the fill slope side and placing in an uncompacted state against the cutslope and sloping to the limit of excavation for 2 miles (3.2 km). The project also includes clearing, seeding, culvert removal and placement of erosion control structures. Minor channel stabilization work to control erosion will also be included. The road is approx 26 miles (42 km) east of Cascade, Idaho on Warm Lake Highway, then north 3.6 miles (5.8 km) to FDR 474A to junction of FDR 474 and FDR 474A, then south 2 miles (3.2 km) on FDR 474 to beginning of project.
