USAYPG has a requirement for maintenance of various magnetic tape recording systems. A base period of 12 months with 4 one-year options is anticipated. Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, parts, tools and transportation (USAYPG is considered remote location) required to perform scheduled and on-call maintenance on various quantities of Racal SH1404; Racal SH1409; Metrum RS512BOBAU; Metrum RS512BDOAU; Metrum 10E; Teac XR5000; Mars 2000, and Thorn EMI SE9000 recording systems located throughout USAYPG. IFB is 100% set-aside for small business under SIC 7379 ($18 million); however, if bids are not received from responsible small business concerns, the IFB will convert automatically to unrestricted therefore large businesses may submit a bid.
