Furnish Contract Weather Observation Services (CWOS), and UNICOM Radio Services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at Marquette, Michigan, from October 1, 1995, through September 30, 1996. Bidder/offeror shall furnish adequate number of weather observers certified by the National Weather Service to maintain constant vigilance of local weather conditions, and shall have a license to provide UNICOM Radio Services.
