Zangwill, (301)443-5672 The Health Resources and Services Administration proposes to negotiate a contract on a sole ource basis with California Office of AIDS, 830 S Street, Sacramento, CA 95814 to provide geographically complimentary Title I and Title II client-level data available to HRSA to facilitate a more comprehensive understanding of how clients utilize services offered by service providers within the same state that receives funds or are eligible to receive funds under Titles I and Titles II of the Ryan-White CARE Act. Also the project is to demonstrate the value, locally and to HRSA, of having unduplicated client-level data on CARE-funded clients and services to complement aggregate information that is obtained nationwide through HRSA's Annual Administrative Report. The California Office of AIDS is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services as set forth in 41 USC 253 (c) 1. Only one source is available.
