This action is to provide direct psychiatric patient care services at the Albuquerque Service Unit in Albuquerque, New Mexico for two (2) days each week for twelve (12) months. These services will predominantly be provided out of the Mental Health Program outpatient clinic at the Albuquerque Hospital and will be periodically be required to provide services at other clinic sites (Isleta, Jemez, Santa Ana, Sandia or Zia clinics) in the Service Unit or on the medical inpatient service. Solicitation will be issued on or about August 16, 1995. Period of performance to be effective for one year from date of award and includes four (4) one year options.
