Provide consultive psychiatric evaluation and treatment to inmates at the Federal Correctional Institution, Sheridan, Oregon. Contractor shall be responsible for but not limited to the initial diagnositc psychiatric evaluation and work-up. The contractor shall be board certified and hold a current state license that permits them to practice their professional specialty in the State of Oregon. Contract period on or about October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996.
