Stephens on Telephone No. 301-344-3126 or Fax No. 301-344-3354 USDA, ARS intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Computer Packages, Inc., 414 Hungerford Drive, Rockville, Maryland to perform docketing and tracking of annuities and nominal workings associated with patents filed in countries outside of the United States to ensure timely payment according to country-by-country patent regulations and reporting thereof. The contemplated period of performance will be from October 1, 1995, through September 30, 1996, with options to renew for four (4) additional 12-month periods. Interested parties are requested to submit a synopsis of their experience/qualifications including background, years of experience and recent contracts performed within the past five years. For each contract listed, give the name of the contracting organization, location, name and telephone numbers of the contracting officer(s) and project officer(s), contract date or period of performance, and a brief description of contract work, scope and responsibilities.
