The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA proposes, on an other than full and open competition basis, to issue Delivery Order 001 against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement with Hughes Aircraft Co., Radar Systems Group, Los Angeles, CA. The effort is to provide system engineering support during On-Site Verification of Production Operational Test Program Sets (OTPS) for the F/A-18 AN/APG-73 Consolidated Automated Support System. Site verification shall be at MCAS Beaufort, SC, MCAS El Toro, CA, and NAS Cecil Field, FL. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with with Hughes Aircraft Co. as the designer and developer of these OTPSs with the required technical expertise necessary to successfully complete the On-Site Verifications. This is not a request for competitve proposals. Interested parties must provide documentation of their capablility to perform this effort.
