The service includes furnishing all labor, supplies, materials equipment, transportation, facilities, utilities, supervision, and management necessary to provide analyses of Government-submitted samples including all associated completion and submission of forms. All analytical instrumentation and procedures used to fulfill the requirements and the Contractors' facility and personnel must be in agreement with, and certified by, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the State of Kentucky guidelines. This is an Indefinite quantity contract for a one year period. Offers will be limited to a 100 mile geographical radius of Naval Ordnance Station, Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Louisville, KY. All samples will be shipped by Naval Ordnance Station, Louisville (NOSL) in containers provided by the Contractor, to the Contractor's facility, or pick-up site. The Contractor's facility or pick-up site shall be located within 25 miles from NOSL. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 8734. The related Small Business size standard is 5 Million. Completion time is 365 days after award. Estimated value is between $25,000.00 & $100,000.00.
