The Government intends to issue a purchase order to Ohmeda Div, BOC Healthcare of Madison WI to provide quarterly maintenance, calibration and all interim service calls for Ohmeda Anesthesia Machines as follows: Modulus II, 2 each, Modulus II Plus, 2 each, CO2 Monitor Model 5210, 3 each. Pulse oximeters, 3 each, Anesthesia Ventilator, Model 7000, 2 each, Anesthesia Ventilator Model 7810, 2 each, Anesthesia Machine, Modulus CD/VC including 7850 ventilators and all monitoring, 1 each. Vaporizers as follows: Fluotec 4 Vaporizer 4 each, Isotec 4 Vaporizer 4 each, Supranetec 6 Vaporizer 6 each Isotec 5 Vaporizer-2 each and Fluotec 5 Vaporizer-2 each. Alternate sources will be considered only if clear and convincing documentation is furnished by 95 Sep 16, the proposed service meets the requirements of the government, and it is advantageous for the Government to consider alternative sources.
