The contract will provide for uninterrupted voice and data dial tone services to the NRC Region IV Office, located in Arlington, Texas. The local dial tone services will enable the transmission of voice and data telecommunications from the NRC-owned on-premise switch (PBX) to the general public, NRC licensees, NRC Headquarters, and other NRC regional offices. Please note that Southwestern Bell is the local exchange carrier (LEC) and the sole provider of local dial tone service in Texas and that tarriffed rates are established by the Texas Public Utilities Commission. Interested parties must submit written capability statements demonstrating the ability to provide these services.
