This project involves the removal and disposal of nine underground storage tanks with associated piping, in compliance with all federal, state and local regulations. The contractor is also required to remove and dispose of contaminated soil where necessary. The magnitude of the project is approximately $250,000 to $500,000. Duration of the project is 180 calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This procurement is a set-aside for SMALL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESSES ONLY. Interested concerns should indicate their interest no later than 15 days from the date of this notice by providing to the SADBU evidence of capability to perform, a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, with proof of bonding capability such as a letter from an approved surety indicating bonding approval. If adequate interest is not received from Small Disadvantaged Business concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice. The SIC for this project is 1795.
