THIS SOLICITATION IS AN UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT. The work includes providing all labor, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to strip off existing pool coating including plaster on the walls, recoating the pool with Diamond Brite 3/8 to 1/2'' coating manufactured by Southern Grouts and Mortars, Inc. and a final coating of concrete protection and repair (CP&R) sealant manufactured by 3M, and incidental related work. Prior to award, the contractor will be required to provide documentation to support three years of experience in coating and sealing of pools with Diamond Brite and CP&R. On site work shall begin 16 December 1995 and be completed by 15 January 1996. A mandatory prebid conference will be held on Wednesday, 30 August 1995 at 9:00 a.m. at the office of the Officer In Charge of Construction, 520 Turner Street, (Building 654), Naval Air Station, Pensacola, FL 32508-5225.
