Finn, (509)662-4325 Furnish all materials and labor for remodeling of the Leavenworth Ranger Station attic, part of a wood frame building built by the the Civilian Conservation Corp in 1939. Remodeling work includes removal of the existing attic north wall and ceiling and removal of the roofing over the north side to accommodate a new, shed dormer roof. Proposed remodeling will enlarge the attic floor area by approximately 130 square feet. Work will include demolition, roof and floor framing, new roofing on the shed dormer, wood casement windows, interior finishing with drywall, carpeting and paining, electric heat, air conditioning, and lighting. We are requesting written quotations; anticipated award date is 5 days after closing date. Estimated start work is 9/26/95. Contract time is 90 calendar days. Davis-Bacon wage rate applies. No bonds.
