Interested SDB concerns should, as early as possible but not later than 15 days from this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the contracting representative above, evidence of adquate bonding capacity, capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, (social identity and percent owned, managed or controlled by a socially or economically disadvantaged concern). If this information is not included with your request, you will not be considered an SDB concern, nor will your request be considered in determining whether or not to set this acquisition aside for SDB concerns only.
