Woodard, (216)526-3030x7443 Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, etc., necessary to accomplish the work indicated on the working drawings and as stated in the specs or reasonably implied, for the Project 95-1150, ''Correct ETO Deficiencies'' at the VA Medical Center (Wade Park Unit), 10701 East Blvd., Cleveland, Ohio 44106. Work includes but is not limited to the demolition of ceilings, walls, partitions and other items; removal of existing ductwork, fans and devices for the existing Ethylene Oxide (ETO) System; installation of temporary partitions, all electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and general trades work necessary for a new ETO System. This project requires work be performed in multiple phases and after normal duty hours. Project must be completed in accordance with VA specs and drawings, and with VA, OSHA, NEC, JCAHO and NFPA requirements. Bidder must visit job site and verify all existing conditions, conduct all necessary surveys and make all measurements to establish the extent and complexity of the work. Drawings and specifications available on or before August 8, 1995 at a cost of $25.00 (refundable). Make check or money order payable to the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
