Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to; provide all plant, labor, tools, equipment, appliances, and materials and perform all work necessary for the completion of work as shown on the drawings and described in the specifications, in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings forming parts thereof, subject to the terms and conditions of the associated contract. The work site is located in the Military Family Housing and includes but not limited to the following; removal and disposal of existing integral concrete curb and gutters, concrete driveway aprons, existing asphaltic concrete surfaces, providing integral concrete curb and gutters, concrete sideways and concrete driveway aprons, replacement of asphaltic concrete pavement, topsoil and seeding of disturbed areas. The period of performance is to be 365 days with one option period. A solicitation will be issued on or about 15 Aug 1995. The proposed procurement listed herein is restricted to Small Disadvantage Businesses. Standard Industrial Classification code for this procurement is 1611. Any concern responding to this solicitation is classified as a small business if the average annual receipts of the concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years does not exceed $17.0 million dollars.
