S. Postal Service is soliciting contractors for the buildout of approximately 800 sq. ft. of retail space for use as an United States Postal Service postal store in the Yorktown Shopping Center, Lombard, IL. The work will include but not limited to all partitions, fixtures, finishes, lighting, HVAC and doors as shown on the drawings. Note: Project site is located inside of Yorktown Shopping Center and subject to shopping center regulations. The U. S. Postal Service intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror whose proposal, conforming to the solicitation, will be the most advantageous to the Postal Service. The construction cost range is $80,000.00 to $105,000.00. Evaluation factors in addition to price to be considered are as follows: (1) Owner's references; (2) Experience; (3) Past performance, and (4) Financial stability.
