In addition remove all narrow-leanto (Base bid) and wide leanto (Alternate No. 1) windows (including frame) and replace with double pane solar bronze energy efficient insulating glass windows. Asbestos abatement is part of the work. Remove, reinstall and replace various items which interfere with repairs, include architectural, mechanical and electrical items and equipment. This solicitation will be issued on an UNRESTRICTED basis. Estimated cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Estimated duration of the contract is 195 calendar days for completion. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 14 August 1995.
