The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all other essentials necessary for the renovation of the POL Bulk Fuel Storage Facilities at Biggs Army Airfield, Fort Bliss, Texas. Work consists of, but is not limited to, the replacement and repair of components on a 250,000 gallon above ground storage (AGS) tank, overlay of a concrete berm with fiber reinforced concrete, and installation of concrete spill containment stations with collection piping and installation of HMAC pavement. Period of performance is 180 calendar days after the notice to proceed is issued. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This requirement is 100 percent set-aside for Small Business (SB) concerns. The Standard Industrial Code is 1791 with a size standard of $7.0 million.
