The following description should be added: Project includes the removal of existing BUR, insulation, removal and replacement of existing gravel stops, installation of insulation and approximately 21,000 square feet of new, 20 year warranted BUR systems. There are six option line items to include additional buildings totaling approximately 40,000 square feet. Performance time for basic bid items is 90 days.
