14 -- TECHNICAL SERVICE, REPAIR, MODIFICATION, AND REFURBISHMENT POC Contact, Linda Mobley, Phone (703)604-0757 The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a batch of forty (40) delivery orders under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-94-G-0163 with McDonnell Douglas Aerospace between 01 October 1995 and 30 September 1996. The orders will provide for engineering studies, equipment and computer program modification kits, repair of government owned equipment, repair of parts and assemblies, development of engineering products and their modification, and field service engineering associated with the Harpoon Shipboard Command and Launch Control System (HSCLCS), Harpoon Aircraft Command and Launch Control System (HACLCS), Encapsulated Harpoon Command and Launch Control System (EHCLCS), and other Harpoon Weapon System launch system equipment for both U.S. Navy and FMS Customers. The McDonnell Douglas Corporation, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, P.O. Box 516, St. Louis, MO 63166-0516, is the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the Harpoon/SLAM Missile System and the only firm possessing the necessary knowledge, data, equipment, facilities, and equipment to perform the effort in the required timeframe.
