16 -- REPAIR OF REPAIRABLES FOR THE PIONEER RPV POC Contact, Frank Fisher, Phone (703)604-0903 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a fixed price order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-95-G-0122, on a sole source basis, to Pioneer UAV, Inc., 9 Schilling Road, Hunt Valley, MD 21030 for repair of repaibles for the Pioneer Remotely Piloted Vehicle (RPV). The items to be repaired include a Ground Control Station, a Tracking and Communication Unit, a Portable Control Station, Remote Receiving Stations, and Pioneer air vehicle wing sets. The Government does not own the data/drawing package for the Pioneer RPV and therefore is unable to competitively procure the repair effort. Pioneer UAV, Inc. is the sole supplier of the Pioneer RPV and is the only source capable of performing the repair effort in the time frame required. No solicitation is available.
