The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command, Fort Belvoir, VA intends to acquire, on behalf of, the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) located in Charlottesville, VA the following item: two each, Phase Lock Oscillator/Synthesizer (PLO). The PLO shall have at least the following minimum specifications. A variable control oscillator of a least 20 MHZ. A capture/tracking range of 10 percent or betterof a 50 OHM input reference frequency level of 10 millivolts P-P to 5 volts P-P. Selectable input band pass filters of 100KHZ, 200KHZ, 1MHZ, of 2MHZ; and a four decade divider (10MHZ divided by N) to permit phase lock to other reference frequencies. One or more eight decade dividers (N1 and N2) for frequency synthesis from the VCO. One eight decade and one six decade divider is acceptable. Interpolation input to N1 and N2. Outputs of N1 and N2 dividers, plus 2 volts into 50 OHMS. VCO outputs of 100KHZ, 1MHZ, 10MHZ, and 20MHZ. All operator controls and monitors front mounted. Lock loss indicator. Rear mounted input and outputs, BNC connectors. Duplicate N1 and front mounted outputs acceptable. Standard 19 inches rack mount, and no more than 5.25 inches high. Operation and maintenance manual shall be provided. The power requirement is nominally 60 HZ, 120 volts AC. The environmental requirement is nominally 72 degrees at 50 percent humidity.
