Estimated usage during the contract period is 36,400 each. Contract prices will be adjusted periodically during the contract period in accordance with the Economic Price Adjustment clause. Deliveries shall be made FOB destination to UNICOR, 1299 Seaside Ave., Terminal Island, CA. Deliveries are required to be made within 21 days after receipt of delivery order.
