Section C (Additional Information) item 3 (Anticipated Level Of Effort) is hereby amended by deleting the following sentence: ''This activity is estimated to involve approximately nine man-years of effort for the total program (NTE $1.5M)'', and replacing it with the following sentence: ''All three phases of any award are estimated to involve approximately nine man-years of effort (NTE $1.5M per award).'' This amendment will not change the proposal due date.
