The contract supports the development of the biological detector (BD), an antibody based automatic liquid sampling device capable of detecting specific biological agents on demand. A modification to the contract is necessary to complete system level BD design, prepare adevelopment design TDP and provide BD prototypes for component testing. See NOTE 22(0214)
