USHMC intends to award a sole source A/E contract for construction services in conjunction with modifications and reconiditionin to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, Wash., D.C. Contract Information: The proposed services will be obtained by a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The maximum amount of the contract shall not exceed $100,000. This is a follow on procurement. This is not a solicitation of offerors and SF 254 or SF 255 are not sought. This award will be made pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 (see Note 22) to Pei Cobb Freed & Partners because it provides the original Title I design services and award of this follow on to them will provide the Government with one responsible professional source and eliminate the probable division or dilution of professional responsibilities that may aggravate any efforts by the Government to pursue liability.
