Proposers who desire to attend this conference are requested to notify the Procurement Manager by calling 718-694-3167 not later than noon on August 15, 1995. The Authority will consider the following criteria in evaluating proposals, which criteria are listed in relative order of importance. To ensure consideration, proposals should be complete and contain all of the information required by this RFP, including information needed to assess the evaluation criteria described herein. A. The overall Technical Qualification to include such matters as: 1. Proposer's knowledge and demonstrated ability to satisfactorily perform the full range of tasks associated with Automatic Call Distributor (ACD) System, as stated in th Scope of Work and Technical Specifications, and demonstrate that they have, or presently are, satisfactorily performing generally similar work. 2. The technical qualifications of Proposer's personnel and proposed project management, including subconsultants, to assure the Authority that the project will be properly coordinated and managed. The resume of each member of Proposer's proposed management team, as identified in the ``Consultant's Qualifications Questionnaire'' attached hereto, shall be submitted as supporting documentation to such questionnaire. 3. Proposer's proposed method of satisfying the RFP technical requirements. 4. Proposer's proposed Disaster Recovery Plan with regard to Automatic Call Distributor System and ability to provide back-up coverage. B. Overall Project Cost. C. Other relevant Matters including, but not limited to, terms and conditions of proposed Agreement. All inquiries must be received by the Authority by August 18, 1995.
