Foust, (3172903217 or (317)653-9783 This project consists of filling one flowing shaft, nine subsidence holes and grading, installing two water and sediment control basins (WASCOB's), and revegetating approximately three acres. The flowing shaft and all subsidence holes will be excavated with IDOT No. 2 coarse aggregate. The approximatlely two acre barren eroded area will be graded. Two WASCOB's will be constructed and an underground outlet will be installed. All disturbed areas will be limed, fertilized, seeded and mulched. The project is one and one half miles west of Hymera, Indiana in Sullivan County, Indiana. A pre-bid conference and site showing will be held on August 29, 1995, 10:00 AM, at the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service office R.
