Minimum qualifications for this work are: Principles must be registered Professional Engineers with not less than five years experience in the type of testing required under the contract. Each person in charge of laboratory testing, field testing and inspection must have not less than one year of full time experience in the duties performed under the contract. Bid documents will be issued on or about 8-18-95 and must be requested in writing.
