Furnish Contract Weather Observation Services (CWOS), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at Houghton, and Pellston, and 10 hours a day, 7 days a week, at Jackson, Michigan, from October 1, 1995, through September 30, 1996. Bidder/ Offeror shall provide adequate number of weather observers certified by the National Weather Service to maintain constant vigilance of local weather conditions.
