Synopsis No. 0319-95 -- Light and Special Division Interim Sensor (LSDIS). The contractor shall deliver Cables, Tripods and Miscellaneous Knobs IAW a list of supplied part numbers. As part of the required effort, the contractor will be requested to separately price a Level III Technical Data Package (TDP) with Government Purpose License Rights (GPLR). However, the contractor will not be held nonresponsive for failure to offer the TDP with GPLR. A contract award for the hardware is not contingent on the Gove intended source is Lockheed Sanders, P.O. Box 868, Nashua, NH 03061-0868 as only one responsible source and on other supplus or services will satisfy agency requirements--All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by agency.
