This acquisition is for: the systems engineering analysis, studies, troubleshooting, and technical problem resolution for Rapid Execution and Combat Targeting (REACT) configured Minuteman weapon system control element (WSCE) hardware and software; interface and configuration control technical support, operational system and trainer software support, including analysis, troubleshooting, and trainer software modifications; engineering and technical evaluation of technical order changes; technical and engineering support for REACT and WSCE hardware and software testing at the Strategic Missile Integration Complex (SMIC), located at Hill AFB, UT; engineering participation on the ICBM System Program Office's Systems Engineering Level Evaluation and Correction Team (SELECT).
