The Philadelphia VA Regional Office & Insurance Center has a requirement for Presort Mail Services. The work to be performed will consist of presort first class mail, to be prepared for distribution to the United States Postal Service (USPS). The service shall be performed on a daily basis with pick-ups provided by the vendor and deliveries to the USPS facility whose next-day first class mail delivery standard includes southeastern Pennsylvania. Initial contract period shall be October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996 with two (2) one year options available.
