These services are to be provided at the Bureau of Mines Tuscaloosa Research Center, Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The Tuscaloosa Research Center is located on the campus of the University of Alabama. The University of Alabama owns all lines providing utility services to the Research Center. The utility lines are extended from the University of Alabama to the Tuscaloosa Research Center, and are imperative to its operations.
