The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the removal of existing built-up roof system and replacement of the roof with an SBS modified bitumen system, and all associated work as further defined in the contract documents. Scheduling, phasing and coordination of work will be required. Contractors should note the site constraints of this facility. Offerors shall provide with their proposal a list of projects of comparable size, scope and cost completed within the last 5 years. Please include name and phone number of contact person(s). The estimated cost range is between $675,000 and $725,000, with a construction completion date of 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Award will be made on or before September 15, 1995, but Notice to Proceed will not be issued until March 1, 1996. On-site contact is Manager of Maintenance Mr. Frank Nix (208/383-4285). Site visitation is not mandatory but encouraged. Cost of the plans and specifications for this project is $40 per set, nonrefundable.
