CROOM, CONTRACTING OFFICER, (808) 4496860 EXT 306. Work includes but is not limited to the maintenance, repair and alteration of the Unaccompanied Officers Quarters, Bldg 969. Tasks include upgrade of bathrooms, replacement of kitchen counters, installation of electrical outlets, painting, replacement of ceiling, flooring, windows and screens, and installation of air conditioning system. A solicitation will be issued in compliance with Public Law 100-656, Business Opportunity Development Program Act of 1988, establishing a test of unrestricted competition.
