Work includes earthwork and application of sealants to stop water infiltration into the tunnels as well as work on the tunnels' expansion joints. Also, provide all labor, material and equipment to refurbish the interior of the B-10 tunnel. Work will include patch and repairs to teh interior surfaces, paint, replacement of VCT, repair light fixtures, replace an exterior door and windows, and install new woor handrails in accordance with specs and drawings. Work to be completed within 90 calendar days; 120 day bid acceptance time required. Estimated value between 100,000 and $250,000; SIC codes are 1799/1542. Forty sets of specs and drawings will be issued to prime contractors only on a first come, first-served basis until supply is exhausted.
