14 -- REPAIR, TEST AND/OR EVALUATE HARM GUIDANCE AND CONTROL SECTIONS POC Contact, Tania Butler, Phone (703)604-2119 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue an order under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement with Texas Instruments, Incorporated (TI), PO Box 660246 M/S 3137, Dallas, TX 75266-0246. This order procures services to repair, test, and/or evaluate HARM Guidance sections, Control sections, and related assemblies plus associated technical data. TI is the designer, developer, and sole producer of the HARM weapon system, and the only known firm posssessing the knowledge and intimate familiarity with the HARM system to meet this requirement.
