The method of procurement for this requirement will be two-step sealed bidding. Under step one, bidders will submit sample capsule filters and results of a bidder performed analysis of cations, anions, and nutrients. Bidders determined to be technically acceptable under step one will be invited to submit sealed bids in step two. The period of performance is a 12-month base year with two 12-month option periods. The estimated quantity to be purchased per contract period is 2,500 units. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
