The Army Research Laboratory is soliciting quotes for the purchase of a fully functional configuration of: one (1) each CD-ROM Jukebox, Pioneer DRM-5004X, or equal. The Jukebox must hold a minimum of 500 CDs, have a minimum of 4 CD readers, and be compatible with a Sparc 20 operating Solaris 2.4. One (1) each Smart Storage Device Software, part No. SCD-PION500, or equal. The software must be compatible and operate the Jukebox and must support media standards ISO 9660, ISO 9660 with Rockridge extensions, PhotoCD and Hi-Sierra. One (1) each Smart Storage Solaris Server, part No. SCD-SOL2X, or equal. The Server must be compatible with the Jukebox and permit access to the Jukebox across a network. This is the request for quotations (RFQ). There will be no formal RFQ. Award will be made on the basis of all or none. The SIC Code is 3572, and the size standard is 1,000 employees.
