Maintenance coverage is required for seven days perweek, 24 hours a Day. Principal period of maintenance is to be 9 HRS between 0600-1800 Monday thru Friday (excluding GOVT holidays). Outside PPM is all time not covered by PPM including Saturday, Sunday and GOVT holidays. On call maintenance with a 2-hourresponse time is required for both PPM and oppm periods.
