Branch is currently investigating the capacity of industry to provide
material able to be formed into rigid panels that possesses the
following properties: a. Minimum solar loading effect in mid and far
infra-red spectrum bands b. Transparent in the millimeter wavebands. We
would be very interested in receiving any information about your
company, its products, and its capabilities that you may feel is
pertinent to the above topic. This is not a request for any manner of
proposal, only general information is desired. The government shall not
