Services shall include: confirm statistical validity of analysis techniques applied to the data; refine computer programs written from derived epidemiological formulas and process equations; provide derived epidemiological formulas and process equations; validate ADBA program implemented in statistical programming language; furnish source code for programs along with instruction and application; expansion of existing library of ADBA routines; periodic technical reports.
